Usually, falloprosthetics is done only if there are indications when no classical means can cope with the situation. Before the operation, the patient will need to visit the hospital several times in order to undergo examination and pass the necessary tests. This type of surgical intervention allows not only to solve the problem of missing centimeters of a man's penis, but also to cope with erectile dysfunction, which makes falloprosthetics quite popular among men, despite the high cost of the operation and its pain.
The essence of this method is that special devices are implanted into the cavernous bodies of the penis. This method is performed exclusively under general anesthesia.
There are three types of endoprostheses - semi-rigid, hydraulic and rigid.
Rigid penile prostheses are cheaper than hydraulic and semi-rigid ones; however, they are not as popular and are rarely used in surgery. This is due to the fact that this type of endoprosthesis does not have plastic memory, and also cannot change the degree of its rigidity. As a result, it turns out that a man constantly has an imitation of an erection.
In the case of a semi-rigid phalloprosthesis (one-piece), its rigidity is also preserved. Falloprosthetics with hydraulic implants is the most expensive, but provides a more natural and natural physiological appearance, even at rest.

As mentioned above, falloprosthetics is a rather serious procedure, during and after which various complications can arise. In addition to displacement, twisting and fracture of the prosthesis is possible. Lipofilling
Lipofilling refers to minimally invasive plastic surgery. And it has a number of advantages over the method described above, however, it is more aimed at increasing not the length of the phallus, but its thickness.
Lipofilling involves the introduction of biomaterial (patient's adipose tissue) under the skin of the penis, so in addition to this procedure, it is necessary to carry out liposuction. The use of the patient's fat cells often excludes the presence of allergic reactions, however, it can lead to inflammatory processes.
Lipofilling is carried out in several stages:
- First of all, liposuction is performed. That is, the required amount of biomaterial is pumped out of the patient's abdomen, legs or buttocks.
- After that, the adipose tissue undergoes a cleaning procedure from all kinds of harmful components.

- rarely, but it happens that the adipose tissue is not evenly distributed throughout the entire male organ, but will be lumps under the skin, and an asymmetrical enlargement of the penis is also possible;
- scarring of cavernous tissues;
- accumulation of purulent fluid under the skin in the groin and penis;
- inflammation of the lymph nodes in the groin area.

The essence of the method is that the patient's penis is wrapped in musculocutaneous flaps, after making an incision around its base and lowering the skin down. The operation lasts 2-3 hours, under general anesthesia, and upon its completion the patient's organ immediately becomes noticeably thicker, by about 3-4 centimeters.
Biomaterial for transplantation is taken from the operated person, from the abdominal wall or armpit area.
Postoperative rehabilitation lasts 4–6 weeks; a man can leave the hospital after 5–7 days.

Complications after plastic surgery can arise both in the case of a medical error, and in the case of an irresponsible attitude to the recommendations in the rehabilitation period.
